Metta Meditation after seeing “The Monk and the Gun”

Recently, I saw the movie “The Monk and the Gun.” It’s a beautiful movie highlighting Bhutanese culture and how it intersects with some more Western values.

As a culture which practices Buddhism, it seemed appropriate to have a metta meditation as our regular 10 Minute practice.
